Shipping Definitions

Shipping Time - From the time your order leaves our facility to the time that it arrives at your mailing address. Ship times are approximate. Please note that items are shipped in separate packages and may arrive separately. Please allow an appropriate amount of time for additional packages to arrive.

Ship times for AK, HI, VI, PR will be on the longer side of estimated delivery times. UPS Shipping is only available in the contiguous United States. UPS 2nd Day and UPS Overnight are not available for P.O. Box or Rural Routes delivery.

Order Processing Time - From the time we receive your order until the time it leaves our facility. This time period includes security verification and printing. The average order processing time is 3-5 business days.

Delivery Expectations - Add the order processing time to the shipping time to determine the estimated total delivery time for your order. Orders completed after 3:00pm Eastern Time will not ship until the next business day.

*If you purchase one box of personal checks and select UPS Basic service, your order will be delivered via UPS Mail Innovations. This will not affect the estimated delivery time noted above.

Delivery cost is based upon default internet pricing. If you have a printed offer, you may enter the Offer Code from your ad to receive the advertised shipment pricing.
