If you are submitting a photo that has been taken by a Professional
Photographer, you are responsible for obtaining the Photographers
Copyright Release and submitting this along with your mail-in
order. By submitting your order, you agree to defend and indemnify
Unique Products from any claims that any person or entity may assert
against Unique Products for any copyright or trademark infringement.
